SJLBC Members,
The Club's Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 12 pm at the Clubhouse (after draw games). The primary business is to update members on the status of the Club, to approve the 2026 Slate of Officers and to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
The Club Constitution states that " a quorum of not less than 25% of primary and dual members shall be present to enact Club business at the Annual Meeting". To meet the quorum we encourage you to attend the meeting and vote in person.
As it is often difficult to meet the in-person quorum number, we ask members who cannot attend to approve the Slate of Officers by replying "I approve" to this email. This ensures that the Board can continue to run the business and activities of the Club going forward.

Hello fellow lawn bowlers, SJLBC is currently recruiting for new 2026 board members. If you are interested in learning more about the club community and helping to shape its future please us know. You do not need prior board experience or deep knowledge of the sport - just a desire to help build the club and work side by side with some fun and interesting people.
