Greetings from San Jose Lawn Bowls Club.
Please Save the Date – June 11th - to join our 60th Anniversary. The San Jose Lawn Bowls club has a significant presence in Bramhall Park, in the community, and in the sport of lawn bowls. Please join us June 11 to celebrate 60 years of fun and competitive spirit on one of the best greens in the USA.
We’d like to show our appreciation to our friends and colleagues from the City of San Jose – including the Mayor’s Office, City Council District 6, our first responders from Police and Fire, and the staff and leadership at Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services. We’re also inviting stalwarts from the Willow Glen business and neighborhood organizations, as well as representatives from local media. As always, we’re inviting our members both local and elsewhere in the Bay Area.
We’re committed to supporting the Willow Glen Community and the City of San Jose in our programs and events. We’ll also be celebrating our members as the have fun locally and compete at regional, national, and international levels; that includes several players on the US National squad.
Activities start at 10:30 with fun games on the bowling green. Lunch follows at 12 and will include a few words from our local officials and community leaders. For our bowlers, there will be a draw game after lunch.

Muriel is hosting and the supper including a beverage is only $10.

Games are usually mixed triples depending on the number of bowlers registered.
Morning games begin at 10 am. Check in 9:15- 9:30 so hosting club can organize teams with those who show up.
Cost is $5 for the day whether the person plays am, pm or both. All entry money goes out as prizes as close as possible. Please come with exact change.
